Went back to KPJ to follow up with the Paed on Esther's condition. She was required to put on neb again to clear off the phelgms alongside her trakea. An X-Ray of her chest was taken for Dr Lim to review her condition. After X-Ray, another neb was given to her to make her feel better. Dr Lim says that she is down with Viral Bronchitis. Her X-Ray shows that she is ok and there is no inflammation in her lungs.However there is an additional sound in her right lung which may need close monitoring. Dr Lim suggest that we came back for neb whenever is necessary coz she is still wheezing for the time being. The only medicication she can take is only Ventolin and Antibiotic. Since she had been taking antibiotic since Sat, she may be able to recover soon if her fever starts to subside. We are requested to go back for another follow up check up tomorow.
After the clinic visit, Esther vomitted 2 times when she reached home. She threw out all the sticky stuff inside her. After that I can see her feeling lot better and slept through the afternoon.
Went back to KPJ in the evening after dinner for a neb as required by Dr Lim. This will help her to sleep better throughout the night. We are still required to follow up at the clinic tomorrow. Hopefully Esther will get better soon.
