Today is the 3rd day after she developed fever since Thurs evening. We had been through a bad time last night, waking up every subsequent hours to check on her temperature. She woke in the middle of the night around 3am coughing non-stop. In the end she vomitted out all the phelgms. The poor gal must have nearly coughed her lungs out to get rid of those phelgms.
Early this morning, we brought her to Dr Lim's clinic in KPJ. Like usual, I went to the emergency ward first to get a referral letter to refer her to the paedictrian. Waited nearly an hour before she gets her turn to see Dr Lim.
Dr Lim explained that she does has some wheezing sound in her lungs due to over coughing. He suggested that to put her on nebulizer tonight if her coughing condition got worst. He say it is better for her otherwise her condition may get worst may lead to asthma. If fever still persists until Monday, will have to come back again for an X-Ray to be taken on her lungs. Wah...Sound so serious.
These are her medicines to make her well again.
Esther, you better be a good girl. Finish your medicines as required. Make sure no more fever. Otherwise will need to do X-Ray on Monday.
And of course, she freaks out when she see so many syringes..........the 'killing pig' process begins again.....
I am still thinking whether to go back to KPJ or not for the nebulizer tonight. Go or Not go?
